Setback Violation by Builder

Builder has constructed 4300 Sq.Ft in plot size of 1200 Sq.Ft and put it for sale as " luxurious Independent House "

Floor Planning details :

Ground Floor : Covered Car Park (up to 4 cars ) & One Servant Room

First Floor : Hall , Bedroom etc

Second Floor : 2 Bed rooms & family hall etc

Third Floor : Home Theater room with attached bath room , GYM Room , Party Hall etc

Fourth Floor : Staircase to Open Terrace

Lift Provision from basement.

What action neighbours should take prevent this builder from selling this illegal construction pocketing hughe profit , leaving behind problem to neighbours and society.

complain to BBMP if he has started the construction.
if not, its just a marketing brochure which cannot be used as legal proof for violation of setback.

He had already completed the construction !

He had pur it now for sale as "Luxury Villa "

Hi SVK63,

Why are you raising this setback violation now after completion of the Construction ?
You should have complained to BBMP during the Initial stage itself (Foundation & Columns construction stage).

Since Akrama - Sakrama is shortly coming in place, then the Builder will pay Violation charges and make it Legal construction.
You can't raise any objection post this. Difficult to stop this now.
