Hi,
I'm construction my house in Bangalore (BMRDA) but my neighbor threating me that he will get stay order. can anyone please suggest good Lawyer for such case. I want to know legal option now since I have not left setback.

the stay would be brought since you would have not complied the approved plan.
if you have not laid the pillars , then its better to realign.
setback related issues are a pain and would lead to more delay !

The issue is, columns are already laid (6 to 7). Actually my neighbor dose not have issue with ventilation since open staircase, and parking are there. but due to some other reason he is creating the issue and not ready to sit and compromise. Please suggest.

blindly you can't say, your neighbor shouldn't have any problem. Issue comes, if your structure is more than ground floor.
If you have not followed set back rules ( say min 1 mtr, not sure about your plot dimension), & your neighbor gets a stay order, no lawyer can save you,
Violating the setback rules is not a fundamental right of anyone. Unnecessarily you will suffer for indefinite period. Also remember, once he gets the stay order, he can drag the case forever.
