Dear all.

We are in the process of settling for a 1147 sft site in Bengaluru South and the developer has given the enclosed estimate. Since we are novice in the matter and completely unaware of the intricacies of the subject, I request you to kindly go through the attachment and offer your valuable guidance regarding the prices and what needs to be sought from the developer/contractor.

There is no mention of materials used Sand type,Steel and Bricks etc.
Also mention what will be the total built up area and plan details, so that it will be easy to verify the estimate.
Note that now Materials like M-Sand and Robo sands are used which can reduce the amount in the normal construction phase.
ex: Good river sand might be 60000 per load and same m-sand may be 20000 per load.
So based on the materials used & the area of house you can check and verify the cost of estimation.
For Labor Contract : (27000 and above per chadra -100 squares)
For Material Contract : (1700 and above per square feet depending on the materials used)
