Architect for constructing Apartment on a 40x60 plot

Please suggest a good architect for constructing a multi dwelling unit/apartment on a 40x60 plot who is aware about khata, etc. My plot is an A khata, looking to construct 3 floors , with first and second floor (3 BHK , 1 flat each) and third floor 2 bhk ( 2 flats) . In total i am planning to construct just 4 flats, i hope its legal to construct this way and sell.
Its a south facing plot, 40 feet towards road (south ) and 60 feet is the depth. If any members have a plot plan for south facing , do share with me . Also would be happy if you could share details of a reliable architect and economical as well.
