Hello frds,

I have made a plan of my own, its a duplex house plan with west facing, As we believe that vastu is very much imp for the good health and family betterment I have given lot space in east. I have a borewell point at north east. I would be happy if some one can improve this plan.

Overall plan is good and looks like made by a professional.
Just couple of observations:
> It is always good to have a garden/lawn in the backyard. so, pl keep the empty space in east. Also you can plan a kitchen utility at the back. Empty space also increases light/ventilation to kitchen, dining area.
> SF: in general, better to keep toilet closer to a bed-room. u can consider moving common toilet adjacent to 10x12 room.
> Last but not the least - Millions of people in the world are unaware of vaastu but living happily - not to discourage you. but don't get restricted by Vaastu rules to get good design which practically improves light, ventilation, spacing and the moment (flow) inside the house.
