Hi,

What is the max building height for 30 x 50 ft site with 30ft wide road.

I have approval for stilt + 3 floors but I have lift provisioned the lift room height causing the over all building height to cross the 50 ft.

Is lift room height included in the overall building height ? If yes Should I take any additional permissions for building height ? If yes, what's the procedure ?

Lift room and staircase head rooms are excluded from building ht as per bye-laws . You don't need any permission for it .Ideally you should have shown lift in the sanction dwg so that you don't need to worry now .
