South facing house plan - for review and feedback

Hi Folks,

I have been following the group activities from last couple of months, and I really appreciate the tremendous support that's been provided by the group members.

I am in very early stage of planning to constrct my home in the 30*40 site, located near Hosa Road. The plan is to build 3 floors and ground floor wil be a stilt.

A friend of mine from Tamilnadu is helping me to put together the plan, suggested a couple of options. I wish to build the house by-Law or as per allowed deviations, for which I am looking for your valuable suggestions / feedback to lock down the plan.
