Suggest a floor plan for 30x40 North facing duplex house

Hi ,

I have bought 30x40 North facing site in North bangalore.

I am planning to construct 1BHK or 2BHK house on ground floor (for rent) with sufficient parking space.
Then duplex on 1st and 2nd floor for self usage.

I want it to be a vastu compliant .

So please suggest/share a floor plan if you have already constructed such house.
