Hi Everyone,

I am planning to construct house in my 30*40 West Facing Site. I Don't have any idea an approval and construction part. I am looking for below details. Can you please help me.

1. Site Belongs to B-Katha. It Need any approvals to start construction. If yes can some one help me on what approvals needed.
2. I am looking for Good contractors(Labor + Materiel ). Can you please give me some references.
3. I am planning 3 floors .. GF - Parking + 1 2BHK, 1ST - 1 Double+ 1 Single, 2nd -1 Double+ 1 Single. I am looking for estimates.
