Hi,

Recently we hired a painter and we have agreed to pay him weekly for labor.With these terms he started painting work and completed to an extent.
But now we ran into differences with this painter(his attitude issues) and now we want to replace him. Initially we paid big amount to painter as advance and now we are worried if he will agree to return the balance amount if we replace him.

Please suggest the best way to get out this situation.

Hi Uday ,
This is a big problem with any labor works ,one or other way you will be at the receiving end. I suggest if your are not happy with his workmanship just chuck him out and get some one else , in case of attitude issues then its your personal choice because labor are labor. They are not educated nor trained and never pay anything in advance beyond 10% of total project cost .If they are not interested to work on that term means they are not serious about work too .
