Ground Floor - TV location seems cramped. Try a different layout for that area. Try to increase second bedroom size to 12.6x10
First floor - there seems to be an emphasis of dress area for all bedrooms, really not necessary. In the first floor, try to get rid of one of the dress area abutting bedroom. Also the plan seems to be not complete (i.e. the area behind the family room is not shown to be built, can't you use it to build a bigger family room?) Ideally MBR to be on the first floor with a large space. (I have an MBR dimension of 20x12 with an attached bathroom of 16x6.5 in a slightly smaller dimension site than yours).
Consider sliding wardrobe to conserve space. You need to consider bed size (king or queen or double bed) while deciding the bedroom dimensions.
Almost all plumbers will install bathrooms in NORTH-SOUTH direction. Also ensure Kitchen windows are facing East for better light and air. Avoid toilet in North-East corner and staircase as well.
Where is the SUMP to be located? What size?How many litres capacity? (go for minimum 8,000 litres if not more). Where is the Rain Water Harvesting area location?
South-west is best for Solar installation.

Hi sir, If u r not complicated to vaastu rules, in my opinion the plan is drafted to u r requirement after lot of discussion then please u can go further with out any second thought.
Are u opting for any lift if then staircase is ok for three flights,
Avoid partition wall between living & dining till staircase the space will be lot bigger,

Thanks for your inputs bloremanager and kiran.

Will clarify few points:
Ground Floor - TV location seems cramped. Try a different layout for that area. Try to increase second bedroom size to 12.6x10
=> Yeah. This we too found cramped. Currently thinking of some other location.
First floor - there seems to be an emphasis of dress area for all bedrooms, really not necessary. In the first floor, try to get rid of one of the dress area abutting bedroom.
=> Will surely consider. Thanks.
Also the plan seems to be not complete (i.e. the area behind the family room is not shown to be built, can't you use it to build a bigger family room?)
=> Actually left side of living and dining is a garden.
Avoid toilet in North-East corner and staircase as well.
=> Any specific reasons for this?
