Per sft cost for (SMB) mudblock construction

Hi

Anyone knows prevailing rates for masonry (wall on wall) construction cost (per sft) for SMB mudblock building ?

Site: 30x40. Planning to go for either G+1 (3 bhk duplex) or G+2 with parking and 1 bhk on ground and 4 bhk duplex house on top. Depends on cost.

Any inputs will be appreciated.
