Is there a possibility to do front elevation of upto 3 feet after construction?

I have already started construction for my 30X40 plot, Bangalore city, India.
And front of the building is already five feet from the pillars.
Currently building is in construction with stilt at the ground floor. First floor molding is done.

Is it possible without much rise in costs and change of building plan?

Ashok , talk to your engineer/architect who are qualified to take up such challenges.

Front elevation is some thing to worked out along with plan .In any case front elevation can be done but with limitations .You cannot expect a form in the elevation rather cosmetic uplifting is possible .
To bring in the form or shape to elevation we might have to add few extensions to slab or chajjas , faster you get the elevation done will save money in redoing the stuff .
