Item wise rate contract price list required

Hi,

I am planing to construct house with stilt parking + 2.5 BHK duplex on 30x20 south facing site.
Discussion is in progress with architect on floor plan.

Architect is suggesting to go for item wise rate contract.

Can someone please send me the latest price list.

Item rate work, also known as unit rate contract is always best contract method when you execute the architects plan. You will be charged only for the work that has been executed. Measurements of all executed items are taken are certified by the architect.
Before I send my rates I would like to know
1. Whether you finalised the detail specification of item of work
2. Brand of materials to be used? Etc.
These thing will affect the rate
If yes please share.
Also let me know which part of Bengaluru you are having the proposed site.

I am located in OMBR layout, Banaswadi. Proposed site is also at same place. Currently I have not finalized specification and material brands.
