Transformer oil cooled 250KVA sale

Hello,

I have a 250 KVA Distribution transformer , oil cooled, AL winding Cable boxes on HT & LT sides outdoor type manufacturer and supply "Excel"

Reason for selling neighbor objected outdoor, so ordered indoor dry transformer.. It was big hassle to go thru the sanction again, going thru the pain... Hope someone can help me out buying this.
