My sincere advice is don't go with the small contractors. Please check there constructions completely before you go.
If you go for the good contractors, they can get the material too at a much lower price than what we could actually get. I faced many problems with one of the contractors and lost money and time with that. I then changed my contractor and now things are good. You dont do the mistake which i did. My house construction is nearing completion and I have been extremely pleased with the way it has come out . This is on 80x50 site on Bannerghatta road.
My builder was extremely professional, consultative ,very polite ,with very high quality of work. I think it is rare to find such people in this field.
I will highly recommend him.In case you need his details ,you can PM me. Please note he is based out South Bangalore .
