Question about sump cover

Friends,

I have a sump tank cover with holes to accommodate steel handle. Also, there is gap between cover and the frame through which dirt/dust particles seep in. Are you folks aware of any beading or mechanism to close the gaps and at the same time easy to open and close easily?
