Hi all,

I want to know whether we will get plan Approval from BDA when there is setback violation in plan?

I see lot of houses built with setback violation.

Also if there is setback violation, will there be difficulty in getting Occupanacy Certificate and Building completion Certificate?

rgds,
Prince

There cannot be any violation in the plan. People mostly do violations during construction. 5% of deviation from sactioned plan is allowed.

what you see in reality is not the approved plan at all.
No competent authority approves any plan which has violated the minimum requirements.

People intentionally violate during execution, which is not a fair.

CC or OC will not be given for a violated building.
