Items required for construction.

Hi,
I am planning to start construction of our home near gittigere, baneerughatta road on my own with labor contract. Kindly suggest me places where I can get civil related items like pure river sand, stones for foundatio and steel at a good price. Also I would if I get a reference of a good labor contractor for civil work as i have people for electrical, plumbing and painting already.
