Hello,
We are planning to buy this house.
Please help me with the vastu for this house. It is a south facing house with back garden. The entrance is in between living room and garage.
I am attaching the plan in PDF format. we have kitchen in north west and dining hall in north east for reference.
Any input will be appreciated.

Few questions:
1. What is the floor level of garage and entry (Staircase place) and sitting area w.r.t Family/Kitchen and dining area?
2. You have not shown the offset in the plan w.r.t plot area
3. Never use Bed room 4 as bedroom. Use it as office or study.
4. Bedroom 3, should not be given to daughter. But use it as guest bedroom or for son as your son will be safe. But Guest bedroom is ideal.
5. Bedroom 2 use it as Master bedroom and Bedroom 1 shall be used for Daughter (if you have daughter)......

Overall it is good. But I would make sitting room as Kitchen and dining common (Break the partition) and the Kitchen+family (existing) Living room. But in any case Garage floor+Entry should be higher than North and North east floor level.
Simple but peace of mind.

Many thanks for your input. The house is in england not in india and The house is built in the front portion of the site and back portion is left as garden.
The floor level of garage is lower than the rest of the house for car entry, but the sitting area and rest of the house is in same level. I will definetly consider raising the floor level in south west direction. I am confused about masterbood as you suggested room2. Which direction is best suitable for masterbed room and which room do you suggest for daughter.

Ok. Let us come to the business. So the back yard is left for garden and it is good as the East or North -east is left for garden.
It is a practice to make sure South/South west floor level is higher than North/East. Can you get a planning permission from council/is it required?. Please check before you do. Safety first.
South west is best for Master bed room. West or North west for children. East/North East is not bad for girls (But there is a say that they will not get married/conceived. For Young couple also same, they do not conceive)

The South East is called "Agni Muley". It is good for Kitchen.
Some say Couple in this bedroom always quarrel. Could be a location triggering bad temper. But there is say, it is good for home office.
Interpretation takes us to Daughter mood will not be stable or tantrum or misbehavior or quarreling. It all depends on our belief.
If you would like to take a chance, try and see, if found odd, change it.
PS:My daughter grown up in South-East bedroom

While we are on the topic of vaastu,
Londoners direction of earths magnetic field is approx 50 deg deviant to that of bangaloreans (inclination) reference being the horizon, flux tending to be more vertical than horizontal . should we consider earth as a singular point for vaastu? or how is earths magnetic field related to vaastu or is there any relation at all to geomagnetism?

I appreciate attempts of many contemporary vaastu experts in reviving this ancient Indian art and to postulate the basis of vaastu linking it to Cosmic Radiation\energy , Gravitational energy, Earths magnetic field,good and bad energy \vibrations,these jargon are nowadays used intensively to partially or fully reason how vaastu relates health,destiny,riches,state of mind\family \relatives to which octant of plane does one do the routine activities like cooking,bathing,sleeping,praying etc.

Sorry. I haven't gone so deep on Vastu. My understanding is limited to follow basics as it is impractical to implement in depth in cities as the land parcel available is limited and it is more so in UK as there is some planning guidelines and is not as in India.
