Hi ,

I have finalized the labour contractor for the civil work. I need to make an agreement so that there is no conflict later on. Can someone please send me a good template or sample contract/agreement (PM/upkarplot@gmail.com)?

Please get in touch with a structural/civil consultants as you would any way need their services during the construction.
They also have number of construction contracts done on behalf of their clients like you with the contractor. Hence, they will be able to make a propoer contract for you.
