Paint charges with material

Dear members,
My house is undergoing painting and
contractor is known guy to my engineer who is doing material contract.
He is quoting below prices for extra work (labour + material). Please check and suggest
if below rates are ok or i need to negotiate.
Wardrobe inside painting - Rs 20 per sq ft
Polish for plain surface/veneer -Rs 65 per sq ft
Puja design polish - Rs 80 per sq.ft
TV Unit beeding polish - Rs 50 per running feet( i was surprised about running feet calculation for beeding).
Grill/MS Door paint - Rs 22 per sq.ft
Neighbours wall painting - Rs 15 per sq.ft
Look forward for your inputs as I need to finalize as soon as possible.
