Covering Drain and sewer pipes in elevation

Dear Members,
Due to vaastu and few other design challenges, we are having drain and sewer pipes showing up in the middle of the elevation - vertical pipes one about 6 inch diameter and other 4 inch diameter. Any creative suggestions to wrap them up and still should be able to access them if need be for any maintenance?

If it fits neatly into your elevation, you could think of using MS louvers or Aluminium louvers. I think the best option would be involve a good architect for creative suggestions.
