Sanitary & Water Connection-Urgent

Dear Forum Members;

I need to get urgently Sanitary and water line connection for newly constructed House. I have talked to people who are ready to execute the road cutting work but i donot know the office work required for this. It is G+3 floor house in BBMP area on 30x40 site.

Can any one tell me point-wise what i have to do for official work and time required and care during actual implementation. What is the size of pipe to be used for sanitary and water lines. I need to get both connection next week. any advice is always welcome.
