Help on Pergola Design

Need help in better design.

I have a opening of 10Feet x 11.5 feet staircase well on which i plan for pergola for better skylight.
Can somebody help me what demension should each beam in the

a. Should pergola beam come as part of the roof, which will be 6", So, thickness will become 6"

b. Should it be part of beam on which the roof which should

c. I plan to install 6" beam + opening of 8" + 6" beam, the sequence reports for entire 10feet.

d. what should be beam height of each pergola.
