I did some research on this. Following are some of the options for Laminate flooring. There are many suppliers who provide Laminate flooring, Not many options on Engg. Wood and quite expensive relative to Laminate Flooring.

For Laminate flooring:
Euro Flooring
Meister
Lumber
Pergo
Square foot

For Engg wood:
Pergo
Euro Flooring (not many options though)

Cost of laminate ranges from 85 to 140 based on quality and brand
Laminate lasts upto 10 to 15 years based on Maintainence and easily replaceable/upgradable due to interlocking system
Laying charges at around 10 to 15

Engg wood starts around 300 and goes upto 500 or above.
Laying chargers including ply is around 70 and need to nailed or plastered.
Can last upto 25 to 30 years based on Maintainence

Water can't stay long on these materials otherwise good.
