Pre Fabricated Compound Wall and Documents

Dear Members,
Have any of you used pre-fabricated walls for putting compound? If so, please provide me the contact info. From myBDAsites, I have located the following company. Has anyone used their services?
http://www.itechprojects.in/Hastha/index.html
Another question: How do we store sale deed and other important documents? The content/letters will fade over a period of time. Someone suggested putting sheets between the document to prevent content loss.
Thanks, Dabu.
Question for Moderator: We know a really good contractor. I have used his services. Is it OK to post his name and mobile number?
