Standard window shutter size

Dear all,
I have couple of windows of width 30 inches and height 54 inches height and 3 windows with 36 inches by 72 inches. Any recommendations of frame and shutters.
Can I have single shutter of 24 inches width for 30 inches wide window,considering 6 inches for frame. and how about the 36 inches window. I am confused. Kindly help.
