Can anyone guide me on the rough cost to get the plan sanctioned for 114x50 ft (around 6075 sq ft one side is 129 ft ) on Outer ringroad. Marathali,

I would like to construct halls on this site, How many floors will BBMP approve and how long will this take for approvals. I need this details to asses if i have the money to proceed with construction or not.

Any help on this is much appreciated.

Is the site right on the ring road, in case it is, you can get complete commercial sanction.you get 3 far but then not able to utilize completely.you can built up to 12k sft. approx.If you go for more than 3 floors the min setbacks will be 16.5 ft ,which makes your floor plate as small as 1500 sft
Sanction fee will be approx 4.5 lac + misc of 2 to 2.5 lac( you know what it is ), since any project above 500 sqmts will go to joint commissioner office.
