Not sure about Vijaynagar or Nagarbhavi .But I can refer my Architect and vouch for her work

We are doing our house ,I find her extremely talented ,Open for ideas and most of all Approachable ,Patient and doesnt charge a bomb

Please note ,I dont have any prior experience in Civil construction ,But she guided through all the way and now we are in Finishes (I havent hired a E2E contractor ,So her work will be more in Coordination and all )

What would be the approximate charges the Architects will take just for Drawings (Floor Plan, Elevations and Structural drawings).
