I did my house construction at Sakahara nagar by entrusting the supervision to Mr Sandeep qualified civil engineer.The terms of agreement was that a prescribed fee will be paid to him on the actual cost of materials purchased.Materials can be supplied by the owner of the site or the responsibility can be given to Mr Sandeep. The concession what ever is given is sincerely passed on to the site owner.He is amenable to any suggestion.My house is nearing completion and has been appreciated by every body for quality and finish.I am equally satisfied.Please call on his mobile 99451 39393 at least to have some knowledge. I would heartily recommend Mr Ashok/Mr Anand who have constructed our residence 13 years ago and we still reside in the same home. The quality of construction speaks for itself as except some minor wear there is no issue yet on the entire structure.
