Hi,

I have started construction on 40x60 site with Stilts + 2 or 3 floors.

Please review this typical floor plan.

PS: Already footing is done, so I cannot change the pillars , but other suggestions for improvement are welcome!

Can you please explain costing as well ?

Couple of suggestions:

You could remove the balcony near dining hall and make it a sitting window. This will make dining hall a bit more spacious.

Some of the balcony doors could be moved to the corners to save space. Or change the balcony doors to sliding UPC windows.
