Hi folks,
I am almost done with Construction plan for a plot size of 40*42.
Please review this plan and share any feedback.
I am having concern with setbacks as:
Front side: 5'' (Legally: 5'')
Left - Right - Back : 3'' (Legally: 3.2'')
Let me know if something needs to be changed.
Further: In few of setbacks, I am going for skylight structure with garden, is it a big violation ?

Regarding set backs
In few of setbacks, I am going for skylight structure with garden, is it a big violation --> This may be concern for your neighbors as your walls are exactly till the compound . Do some changes to get this wall bit inside your plot leaving (2 ft clearance , then things should work fine). violating rules no one comes and check's its your neighbors (if any currently ) who will object .
GF see if you can get one common toilet . SF- If you have plan for bath tub increase width of bathroom .
