Commercial building approal for 1000 sqft site.

We are planning the construct 1000 sqft corner commercial site . I would like if know if we can get bbmp building plan approval for slit + G + 3.

Also please suggest go archtiects for the same.

I would like to know the approximate that charges by architects to give a propsed building plan and elivation.
