Approved Plan Vs working plan

My approved BBMP plan has stilt+3 floors, where as working plan has g+2. In the ground floor we are leaving 2 car parks. Will there be any problem when getting completion certificate/occupancy certificate?

How all these people get this completion certificate when they put 4 floors with a single car park in 30x40 and no fallback at all etc.?

@Ashok,

Pretty much everyone does deviation from approved plan. BBMP will not give completion or OC if you have deviation but from my understanding its not absolutely necessary unless you are planing to see some of your units.
