Labour contract agreement plz

Hi
I have started my house construction with labor contract in Whitecity KR Puram. Price: 29K per chandra. G+3 , 60X40 site.
But my contractor asking more money these days so i wanted to put him under the labor agreement plan.
Please provide labor agreement format asap.

Hello Sir, I need a bit of clarification on how you are being charged per floor as I am also doing a G+3.
I am constructing house for 4 floors - Ground is parking (so no walls) , first/second/third have a slab area of about 3200 sq feet.
I am being charged 3200 sq feet X Rs 240 per sft X 4 times - Is this correct?
Since I have Ground floor as parking - is this to be excluded?
The rate Rs 240 per sft includes the standard works plus include elevation and compound wall.

Hi,
My house is in still under construction, even i am not sure grould floor and OHT is charged. I will soon tallk to my contractor about this.
Please let me know if you labour contract agreement with you.

ground floor may be charged 50-70% depending on contractor & not full
