Civil Construction

I am constructing a Ground + 2/ Ground+3 Floors in Nagarbhavi . I am still undecided about whether to put up G+2 or G+3 floors which depends on Budget availability.I need the following inputs from members :
1. A good Labour Contractor who is around Nagarbhavi , Mysore Road , Vijaynagar or Chandra Lyout or any nearby area also who is good & has good experience of construction of such buildings.
2. I am attaching working Drawings on which kindly furnish your comments so that now itself I can correc t them.
3. I was not aware that one needs to take permission for Borewell but I have already dug the Borewell. What sholud I do ?
4. As I have already obtained Building approval from BBMP but it is not possible to construct exactly as per the sanction plan. I am getting Deviation as per attached files giving deviation for G+2 & G+3. I will be grateful if members could advice me whether I can go ahead with such deviations & if so what problems I have to overcome. I am not aware how overall deviation is considered from each factor given in the attached files. Kindly help me in the matter as I hear different voices on this aspect. Members can share their experience of any problems due to deviation.Since I can attach only three files I am attaching the Deviation files - 2 Nos in the next message. Sorry for the inconvenience .
I shall be greateful for sugestions & advice from Members & Sri Praveen , Architect also.
