Thanks everyone for posting their construction experiences, I am planning to start my house construction (4000 sqft) very soon and I have planned to go for Labour contract, 27K for a chadhra. He does not have a agreement format with him, could some one kindly help me with an agreement format. can anyone recommend a site engineer with one or 2 year exp (sal less than 15k) a month.
