If you want to purchase a 2 Bhk or 3 Bhk flat , you can find so many properties around your preferred area . Because we can get instant Information about any project in preferred area . And Due to a huge competition Between the real estate agents or Property consultants , they are spending more time and money to create a Brand name for any Company . So if you are going just behind any particular Brand names , that is not goo idea .

But how to Check the Quality of the Construction :

Check the Quality of the Construction . Quality is not meant that finished wall or Painted Ceiling .
Quality means its a process and a systematic approach towards the Construction . Try to visit the site at the time of Construction . Just Observe the Things and find out how better the Quality is ?

Since every body wont have any idea about the construction Activities i strongly suggest to Deploy any one technical person to have periodical visit and monitor the Progress from your end . You are already investing so much amount of money , just spending some little bit amount as a feed for the Technical person is not a bad idea .

I had recently experienced this Situation . After seeing my blog posts one Person called me and requested to visit his flat which is under construction . He offered me some amount as a consultant fees .

When i visited that site i really got Shocked . Because they are using the Cement blocks which is not acceptable Quality . And the masonry works also not good . Some Unskilled people are working as masons . And main blunder is when i asked how much cement they are mixing ... No body is aware about the mixing .

I had taken all the Photos and mailed to my Client . He immediately forwarded all the information to the MD of the Company .

Finally the entire walls were removed and reconstructed with Good Quality Cement Blocks .

I am not telling all the Builders will do the same thing . But taking precaution is Good.. Right ?
