Dear Friends,
I've prepared the floor plan to construct rented or salable (if the building gets legalized in due courses) multi dwelling house (Stilt+3). I'd planned three units each floor before but discarded it thinking of it will be crowded to have so many units in 60 x 40 site dimension. Now, I've come-up with two units each floor and a stilt floor for car parking. Can you please review and let me know any suggestions.
Link for the previous plan if you can compare and let me know any suggestions.

Re: Need forum help to review the attached floor plan
Hi,
I just had a quick look at the plan.
With respect to Stilt floor: I liked the option -01. The two cars parked in the corner are easier to park. They are not one behind the other as compared to Option-02.pdf.
Upper floors: Its beautifully designed keeping all aspects into consideration. I did not find any corrections or major flaws.
I hope you get more reviews from others in this forum.
Good luck
Pooja

Re: Need forum help to review the attached floor plan
Hi Pooja,
Thank you very much for the quick review. I'm working out on the columns location to retain the option-01 for stilt floor which will also give more commercial space for shop/office. Hoping to receive more reviews from the forum members which could reinforce my confidence to go ahead with the plan. I'm planning to start construction by this September.
Thanks
Rashana

Hi...
You can avoid the duct for ventilation in upper floors if you work on your plan further.I feel you should try someother options of staircase & lift positions.

Re: Need forum help to review the attached floor plan
hi, in upper floor plan towards north side in master bed room attached toilet is in south west corner, as per vaastu toilet should not be in south west corner. U can shift towards front of bedroom as in southside bed room. if i am wrong just ignore & proceed as per u plan.
stilt floor-option_1 & option-2 are good in their own ways.

@ Lakshmi Narayana Swamy, Thank you very much for the review, its a very good finding, we tried a lot to find place for the lift but failed to identify the location where tenants of both the units are accessible to this facility without crossing the main entrance of each other. Tried including at N-E corner of the south unit which was good position but it was not good to place the heavy item at NE corner of the south unit as per vastu and then decided with the present plan. is it possible to let me know the possible location which you may think, which will help me to work on that. Thanks in advance,
@ Kiran Kumar K, Thank you very much, rightly pointed out. I'll try moving the toilet to in front of the bed room keeping in mind any obstruction of entry to bed room or furniture movements. Thanks a lot.
