I have seen some DC converted sites in Birahalli Village by various developers .Anybody bought any sites at these location and legal aspects?

I stay close to Bidrahalli. are u talking about the Bidrahalli enroute Hoskote right? Most of these are Panchayat sites. getting a loan is a major issue. Which developer are u talking about here?

Yes saw some DC converted sites while gone that side quoting 1500 Rs like LK enclave, Esther etc. What is price range of DC converted sites as 1500 is very high.... Does it fall i green belt or yellow belt

Is it worth paying 1500 Rs here at this location as i have seen only Mango grooves with no development with only few layouts being formed ? . Anybody purchased near here....?
