Need help regarding Vasthu Compliance

I am constructing 2 houses side by side in my plot . Have a 4x3 size duct in between two houses ( as shown in circle marked in the attached plan) in order to get provision for toilet for house-2 (basically for ventilation and outlet).

If I take individual houses then vasthu is at good acceptable level . But when considered whole plot the "brhamasthana" the middle portion of plot has a duct + toilet , is that OK to have toilet there or should I change??? Or is it ok as individual houses are as per vasthu please advice.

Please do advice in case of adjacent houses if individual vasthu to be taken care or whole site vasthu needs to be considered

As per my understanding, it should be individual houses. Each house is identified by its main door, so it should be fine.

My advice is not get very deeper into vaastu. This was the mistake that I had done for my house construction, as my dad was very much into vaastu and I feel now that I had wasted so much of space.
Take vaastu as a guidance in a scientific approach and not just go blindly. Make sure that you have placement of door, kitchen, master bed room, sump placed correctly per vastu. Note that there are 100s of versions of Vaastu, followed by people from different parts of world. So, discuss with architect and make sure that you have proper light and air ventilation, usability and maximum space.

Hi,

Under Vaasthu, the main things you need to consider

1) Door Facing is preferrable to East/North
2) Kithen must be in Agni moola (South East Side)
3) Master Bedroom must be in Kubera moola ( South West Side)
4) Pooja Room to be in Deva Moola (North East Side)

Rest of the things you can do as per your requirements and utilize the Optimum Space. When you Plan for Individual Houses then Vaastu will be applicable on Main doors and Kitchen included for that.

Don't give more importance to these illogical things. As such there is no practical statistics to prove that, people became prosperous/wealthy after entering the
so called Vastu Compliant House, or became Beggars for not living in vastu non-compliant building. In my own observation, many people who built so called vastu compliant homes became defaulters and banks have seized their assets.

Vastu is just a fear factor created by some opportunists to make money by psychologically exploiting the half minded people. Each & every Vastu consultant
gives his own version of changes. So what is the history of Vastu in India ?? We don't see any proofs in several 1000s of structures/monuments built 100s or 1000s
of years back in india. People just coincide few selected things to justify their beliefs. All of a sudden in the last 10-15 years, vastu became so prominent in the
life of many people in the cosmopolitan cities who doesn't even pray/thank their God everyday morning for whatever they are today.

few instances.

1) In southern region, South facing in least preferred for house construction. Whereas in northern region, South facing is considered as auspicious. So how can
we justify such differences within our own country between various regions ???

2) Even Hindu calender wise, coastal people follow, Solar calender, while rest of the people follows Lunar Calender. Each calender has different days & stars. For Lunar Calender, Now inauspicious "Ashada Masa" is running, whereas for Solar calender people, its comes in next 2-3 weeks. how do we justify such differences within our own region.

3) In spite of 3 times renovations of his palatial bungalow, former tourism minister, G Janardhana Reddy & his brother n relatives are still in Jail for their misdeeds??

4) Same way former CM B. S yadiyoorappa changed his name to 'Yadyurappa' as per the advise of Gr8 Daivajnya Somayaji of Shankar Mutt who gives all sorts of vastu gyan to cultureless people who read TOIlet Paper every week.

5) In the last one decade, every minister before occupying his officially allotted bungalow, spends lakhs to crores of rupees from tax payers money to make their bungalow vastu compliant as per the advise of their beloved Vastu brainwasher ( I don't know how frequently vastu rules changes for the same structure for the occupation of different ones'?? or so many versions of vastu in market). In spite of this, Does it give any permanent & peaceful position to that person in Karnataka State Government ??

6) Another Famous Vastu astrologer, who conducted Aishwarya rai's marriage or went to USA to help the Americans for the new structure coming at the old World Trade Centre location(so called his Bogus claim), couldn't anticipate last years Income Tax Dept raid and seizure of crores of unaccounted money, Gold and silver from his own house. How can he guide/anticipate future for his dummy believers ??

7) Parsi people in India having their population roughly around 75000. But almost all of them are successful in their business. Incidentally any person in this community earns less than 1 lakh/month will be considered as a poor and he will get all kinds of help from his society at subsidized/zero cost till he comes up in his life. Do they follow Vaasthu for their success ???

so there is no proof that Vastu will change everything in a person's life. The only eternal truth is Sun rises from East and sets in west. Wind flow is more in North/south direction. Think several times before adopting something in your life. Don't follow anything blindly unless you are very clear and convinced about its practicality. Else it will make your life hell as each and every vastu guy will give his own changes even in future also for your home. You can't keep making changes to your dream home just to satisfy some one else. You will loose your money, your precious time and last but not least 'your peace of mind' through out your life. All we need to do is respect the nature and depend on nature.

Well said msn. Do not blindy follow vastu compromising space and other benefits. And really 100% vastu compliance is impossible and impractical.

I too don't beleive in Vaastu.Previous i was living in East facing house (door)and from past 15 months in South facing.Life is same.i don't faced any hurdles in present house. I too strongly believe Ventilation and light are more important.Since sun rises in the east which makes sun rays fall on our house and gives good light and ventilation EAST is given prominance.
