You can use Fosroc product Brushbond product
http://www.noblecorp.net/data/08-waterp ... shbond.pdf
For heavy duty waterproofing in my house - basement exteriors ... Brushbond RFX is what I used. Just follow the instructions and let your Mestri/Helpers do the work. No need to call some "special agency" to apply the same. They will generally charge in per sft rate and we can't even check what proportions they will mix/apply

@girishd,
As per the Brush bond document, We need start mixing the contents with a slow speed drill (350-450 rpm) and add powder component gradually to the liquid avoiding lump formation and mixed for 2-4 minutes.
Kindly inform weather you have used any mechanical Mixer or done the mixing manually.

RR Prakash

Hi Prakash
There is no need for mechanical mixer ,a painter can mix it .It is very much achievable with human hand .Its same as mixing rava dosa batter
no lumps should form at the end.You can try with small quantity first .

Hi Balaji,
We did at 2 levels and used Dr.Fixit water proof solution. First we did apply all 4 corners upto 8" height and floor. This repeated twice where one 1:1:1 ratio of Dr.Fixit:Sand: Cement made into solution and with paint brush this was applied. Then after Sanitary pipe fitted we filled up with concrete.
After concrete and before applying tiles again same procedure repeated.
