Hi Chirag,
I had been through the attached quotation and found it to be really on a very high side. You could ask for much better and branded materials for the price quoted. Take a minimum of 3-4 quotes so that you would understand the prevailing market price per sq.ft.
All the best for your project.

Hi Chirag,
As others have already mentioned about the cost. My suggestion is to be with your contractor/engineer for material inspection. There are duplicates available in SJP road which you may be cheated.
In your case, i see your budget can cross with addition 8-10L more.

Venky

Basic question, correct me if i am wrong. Total cost is given as 67L and per floor you have 18 squares approx. So how did you calculate it as 2L per square?

All of the contractors I spoke to either charged same price for the parking area or some % of it. The best I got was 70 %.
I have shared my quote here:

I was comparing with yours and I see most of the basic things are similar. Flooring in your case is way better. Mine includes plumbing and electrical.
However in my case parking area is also calculated at 70% of the rate of living areas.

Chirag - The plan should give you the total sft of the house. Can you help what was the total built up area and what was the charge per sft
