Hi ,
You cannot compare pwdr coated with steel .Pwdr coat are cheaper option
pwdr coated Hinges
1.They are cheap
2.Bad alignment issues
3.Gets rusted over period of time
4.While repainting the window very tough to clean the hinges
5.Not so soft movement
Steel Hinges
1.Soft movement
2.Good alignment
3.No rust issues
4.Good in appearance
Price wise more than 200% difference .Pwdr coated -15/-piece approxt ,ss - 45/- per piece

thanks praveen.
so you recommend stainless steel one - but is it brass with stainless steel or full stainless steel?
also for a 5' height shutter what would be the recommended specification:
num of hinges?
height, thickness and width of the hinge?
