Local UPVC rate quote

Hello,
I just got this rate quote from a local UPVC dealer in bangalore. Just wanted to know what you guys think of these rates - this is for 5 bathroom windows above the lintel each 3'x2'.
Cost per sq.ft : Rs. 400
measurement and installation: rs. 2000
VAT and transportation extra
