Dear friends,
I have a 30*50 site, with 30 facing road which is currently under floor planning. The plan includes Ground floor house + 2 car park, First floor house and Second floor house. Each floor has a Kitchen. The Stairs for the building is in the left corner of the site going until 2nd floor terrace. I have following questions

1. Are there any BBMP laws for placing the stairs in multi storied house.
2. Does the law allow placing the stairs in the Setback area in GF.
3. Does the law allow placing 1st and 2nd floor open balcony in the setback area.
4. The architect has also planned for pargola in Setback area for GF. Is this fine?

Every thing is ok if u corrupt the people, then law will change .Unless ur neighbour objects nothing is problem, almost houses in bangalore r plan deviated only.
