process for group housing

Hi Friends,

I'm new to this group and the posts are very informative. My friend and my self bought adjacent sites in a layout near Marathalli. Each site is 40* 60, total of 4800sft. We have some other friends who are interested in constructing a group housing in these sites. These sites has individual A-katha's.
I want to know the process, approvals and documentation to be done before starting construction.
Do we need to club the katha's.
Do we need to register the site to every one in the group.
We are planning for g+3 (16 kitchens - each floor 4 kitchens ), whats the process we need to follow to get these done. Let me know.

Thanks in advance. Also please provide the contacts of architect and contractor who can give a reasonable quotation.
