RMC Vs Manual Concrete for roof moulding

Hi,

Now I am all set for 2nd roof mould and in a great dilemma, should I go with Ready Mix Concrete of Manual Concreting. For the first roof mould we did Manual roofing, and for this we are thinking of RMC. However, I am little worried about quality. Engineer would like to go with UltraTech RMC.

What may be the best choice, experts please share thoughts!
