Hello,

I have digged borewell till 855ft. I got 3/4" (0.75") inch of water. Duo city,Basapur, begur .

But waterlevel in the borewell is not rising up. From the borewell bottom level at 50ft whater is there. Water is storing for 50ft only.

I did the borewell scaning using camera. I found that at 816ft there is dry source(no water is coming in that source) is there through which water is not coming. But whatever whater is going out in that source point because of dry source.

After 816 ft stone is also not good. Something powder like stone is there.

I got the 1st source at 196ft and second source at 220 ft. Only two sources I got.

Please help me,

Is is possible to fill the bottom 50ft of borewell will some special kind of cement. Is is worth to doit.

Any specialist available.

Please help me

Regards
Abhilash

I don't think you can cover only the last 50 feet. You may have to cover the entire bore well with PVC pipe as like the silt pipes.

Hi Abhilash,

We are facing the same situation now. Do you have any information on how leakage at the bottom can be fixed ?

Thanks and Regards,

Atleast for now we don't have a technology to fix/close dry holes.

One thing I can suggest if your dry sources are at bottom of borewell and live sources on top then filling the borewell from bottom till dry source is a option. there by your new bottom will be until closed dry source.
